Q1: What do I do if they don’t fit or I don’t like the dress when they arrive?

No problem. You may return any unworn dress for exchange or a complete refund. Please return dress in there original box with a short note of your wishes.

Q2: Are your items brand new?

A: Our Herve Leger sale dress are all guaranteed brand new. we do not sell any used items or defects.

Q3: If we send the wrong item, you should take a picture of the item sent to our email first.

A: Please sent a picture of the items you order to our E-mail(herveleger-shopoutloud@hotmail.com) if you find your received products is not the same as the ordered one, and we will give you exchange after confirmation it.

Q4: How long can I receive items?

A: We aim to deliver all items as quickly as we can (in 24 hours), but please allow up to 5-8 working days for delivery of items to your door. Please contact us if you have not received your item over ten days and we will check for you.

Q5: How about the delay?

A: We will avoid delay to our best ability. And we will contact you immediately if there is any significant delay with your order, while keep contacting you from the time your order is placed.

Q6: I am looking for christian louboutin goods but it is not listed on your site, could you provide them?

A: If you are looking for other style which is not displayed on our site, you can tell us which one you like, and we can supply most of them to you. Sometimes, we offer the custom shoes, too.

Q7: Which countries do you ship to?

A: We ship to almost all countries. We ship christian louboutin to 76 countries worldwide.

A: Please allow for additional time during the peak Thanksgiving or Christmas season.

Q7: About cancel the order and refund.

A: If you want to cancel the order and refund, we need to deduct 5% of the payments in the amount, because it is the handling charged by credit card companies from bank.

Q9: How do I know if an item is in stock?

A: All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
